Cole Marik is a dedicated martial artist with over 15 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Chinese Kenpo, Boxing, and Judo. His martial arts journey began over a decade and a half ago, and he has steadily built a deep understanding of these disciplines through consistent training and competition.
Cole has trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the past eight years, developing both technical skill and practical knowledge. He recently competed at the 2024 ADCC West Coast Trials, securing a first-round submission win—a testament to years of hard work and preparation. Over the years, he has earned multiple first-place finishes at Newbreed, NAGA, and IBJJF tournaments, including in the expert divisions, and has competed in high-profile events like Double Gold, Fight 2 Win, Wrestling Wars and World Series of Jiu Jitsu (WSOJJ).
Cole's experience, both on and off the mats, reflects his dedication to martial arts and his desire to help others develop self confidence and skills through martial arts training.
